Fantastic View! Easy check in and check out. Everything was described as listed and was working so we didn’t have to contact property manager at all. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all the action on the beach. Pools were clean. Condo could use some updating but it served our needs.

Great location! Really responsive hosts. Clean when we arrived. One of best spots on beach with ample parking. Walking distance to Walmart for last minute items if you want to avoid traffic. Close to some great restaurants like Lulu’s, In Cahoots and a really good taco place.

Nice Stay
This was a very nice stay, however some things needed a change. The pull out couch mattress was very hard--you could feel the springs. We bought a air mattress to put on the couch to be able to sleep on it. I would add another chair to the outside if possible. The bedroom seemed hot even with the temp down. Not a big deal, but the toilet ran constantly. The kitchen was very well stocked and LOVED having the beach chairs available! Overall a nice place!

Amazing paradise!
The condo was absolutely perfect. Amazing views from the balcony. Plenty of space inside when we had to be inside. Easy access to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants. Secure parking lot. There was construction happening on the buildings but hardly heard any of the noise from it. Definitely would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Nice Getaway

Great First time
This was our first time to Panama City Family trip. My brother and i both rented condos @ the Sunbird and both family were comfortable in our condo nice and clean. I had a 10 fl and he had the 1st both were beautiful. Will will most definitely be coming back next year. Really enjoyed that the beach was right in behind us kids loved it especially! ?

sugar shack was as described
Everything went according to plan as far as the rental property goes. The only real complaint we had was a strong odor that we noticed immediately when we arrived, so we called Emerald Properties to let them know about it, and they told us that it was from something the cleaning crew had used and that the smell would dissipate shortly. It did not smell like the household cleaning products that I've ever used like bleach, lysol etc. While the strength of the odor did get weaker, it never fully went away during our 4 day stay. I would recommend trying to find a more pleasant smelling cleaner. Sidenotes about the "sugar shack" in Sunbird: 1) The condo has 2 beach chairs that could be taken down to the beach each day you visited, but there were also beach chairs and umbrellas that were also available (possibly to rent?). We never found out if they were part of the condo or if you had to pay for them because we had brought beach chairs from home to use just in case the condo didn't provide any, so we just used ours. We couldn't tell for sure by the condo description if the condo had any chairs, or if the beach had some available for rent, or if we needed to bring our own from home. We also never found anyone to ask about the the beach chairs and umbrella while we were on the beach, but it appeared they had their hands full because they were working the condos on both sides of Pineapple Willy's at least. 2)The cops will run you off the beach and tell you it is closed at 10pm each night. Not just teenagers (which seemed to be able to evade the cop anyway). The cop would tell EVERYONE that "the beach is closed" and tell you that you had to leave even if it was older couples or families with small children by the water with flashlights. Said the beach between "Boardwalk and the Majestic was closed" and would not give us an explanation, just told us we had to leave. The whole thing seemed strange to us, but we watched it happen from our balcony over and over.

Ironman race

The condo has been an excellent experience. I work a stressful job as a frontline worker. The view of the ocean from every window has been spectacular.the sunsets amazing .i have felt so spoiled here all weekend. I decided to stay an extra night. God willing I will be back next year for Ironman and stay here again. Worth every penny

Paradise!
It was fantastic! The view was breathtaking. The place was cute and cozy. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best…but that’s ok, still did the job. The ONLY suggestion I would make is to have an air freshener in the unit when there is no one there, just because it kind of had a slight nursing home smell when you first walked in. Once I was in there, didn’t notice it too much. But still LOVED it!!!!

Anniversary
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The condo was small but the perfect size for just the two of us. The weather was great and the beach was amazing. The only complaint I may have would be that it was crowded on the beach. It was Fall Break and there were quite a few college kids. We had a great time though and wish we could have stayed forever.

Towel situation
Not enough towels for everyone. Did not provide any extra towels. We had to wash what we were given in a coin operated laundry on the first floor. I did not plan on doing laundry while on vacation nor paying for it. So, I would suggest to anyone renting this property to bring extra towels.

I enjoyed my stay. It would of gotten 5 stars had the work finally been completed enough to get one of the pools open. I did leave a review on Trip Advisor. I hope that the condition we left the condo was satisfactory. I tried to think of everything I needed to have done before I left. If I forgot to clean or pick something up please let me know. Did the maintenance let someone know the ice maker stopped dispensing ice? When mine at home does this it just needs pulled out and a good cleaning. We had one issue. On evening of June 2nd the tenants above us were throwing pop bottle caps that keep landing on our balcony. Sounded like a bunch of young guys yelling but who knows. Just thought you should know though.

New Years at the Coast
Enjoyed the property and stay. Other than the weather not cooperating, everything else was very smooth. Even though construction still underway, there was no work being done during our stay, so noise was kept to a minimum. It was very comfortable for the two of us, but I wouldn’t push it much over that!

Perfect view!
The condo was perfect! Fully stocked with lots of little extras. The bed was amazing. The only downside to the whole experience was the construction on site. All 3 pools were closed and access to the beach was limited. But, we were made aware of this before booking. Otherwise, it's a beautiful condo with amazing views! Will definitely come again!

We rented the condo and it was the perfect size for my family. We were having a great time but then the air conditioner went out. But I can say that Hannah handled the whole situation amazingly. Beautiful condo with beautiful views!
This property has panoramic views of the gulf that slaps you in the face as soon as you walk in the door! Beautiful! We stayed at this location for a week. It’s clean, spacious room, friendly neighbors/staff, and it sits right in the prime area of PCB! Everything worth visiting and dining is less than 5 mins away. This condo was in a perfect location on PCB. The decor was so nice and the staff at Emerald properties and at the Sunbird were very helpful and accommodating. We were here for our friends wedding with 40 other people that stayed at the Sunbird as well and all were pleased. Beautiful with a wonderful beach view
Loved everything about the condo. Sleeper sofa was better than most. The boys 15 and 14 did not mind taking turns sleeping on it. The recliners slept great also. The only negative I can say is the floor needed mopping, our feet were black. The air conditioning is set to not go below 69. I brought a fan and thankfully they had a box fan in the closet. Would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful place thank you so much.

The View, The Location, The Condo - PERFECT!
I stayed during the week of Christmas with 75 Degree Sunny Weather. The view from this Condo is breathtaking! I spent mornings and evenings on the balcony soaking up the sounds of the waves, looking at the amazing view and unwinding. This condo was perfect for my stay. The King bed is very comfy w/ quality sheets, nice pillows, and mattress topper. Very clean. Nice big TV's in both LR and BR. Lots of closet & drawer space, including ample shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries. I met the owners on my way out and they were a very nice, kind couple. He asked me if I had any complaints or problems during my stay and he wanted me to be candid. The only improvement I suggested was to add a new set of pots and pans to the kitchen and replace the scissors. Thank you for letting me stay in your beautiful condo. I can't wait to return. I will be back soon! P.S. The onsite property managers are very responsive if you have any problems (24/7). I needed help with the door keypad. I love not having to keep track of a key. That was a plus.

Beautiful property, delightful stay!
This was the first time I have stayed at the Sunbird and was totally impressed. The condo was very neat and clean and there was no time wasted having to "check in". Nothing could have been easier. The condo itself was complete with all the essential items that you would need for a nice vacation. It was absolutely lovely and the view was spectacular! Our party was 3 adults and a child and there was plenty of room. We truly enjoyed the vacation and will certainly be back.

2016 Winter Get Away - Wonderful
First, let me say that Emerald Beach Properties were very helpful and friendly - took good care of us. The ladies in the office are great! The vacumn in the unit didn't work. I called and within a half hour I had a new vacumn. Loved the key pad, so much simpler than digging out a key. Mail box availability was great and worked well. The entire unit was lovely and well furnished. House phone availability very nice addition, also. View spectacular! Loved the bedroom on the gulf side. Lots of storage space and the desk in the bedroom for computer use was wonderful. Kitchen well equipped for the most part. Cooked and ate at home some, but plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Bathroom is small, but you can't have everything! :) This is the first unit I didn't feel compelled to clean when we moved in, especially kitchen drawers and cupboards, bedroom drawers, etc. The unit was lovely and we so enjoyed our stay. We look forward to our next visit and anticipate nothing but good things. Thank you so much!

Everything about this condo was great. I made chili the first night we were there and the kitchen was great to work in, everything I needed right at my fingertips. The view was fabulous! This corner condo gave us a panoramic view because their were Windows on three sides. The king size bed was like climbing into a cloud. There were only three of us and it was the perfect size. We got a little shower or two and still we enjoyed every moment. Again,it was beautiful! We had all the comforts of home and having the beach at our doorstep was just icing on the cake. Sarah's Condos are good people and they have put extra TLC into this condo for others to enjoy so thank you and we will be coming back soon to stay again.We love Panama City!!! We picked this condo based on the reviews, pictures and the unbelievable rate and we were not disappointed. I have only been to Panama City Beach once as we usually stay in Destin. However, I was trying to economize and found Sarah's condo's. We did not know anything about location, but the pictures sold us. We were more than pleased. The location is the best around. We have gone out and about and everything is so convenient. Not only by car,but walking distance to Walmart, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Pompano's restaurant, plus shops. This is truly the best condo we have stayed in even comparing it to Destin. I will definitely, choose the Sunbird and Sarah's Condos next time. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming. The view is unbelievable, there is also a deck off the master which is great. Thanks for the awesome place and affordable rate. The Mitchem's 6/25-7/2
We really enjoyed our time we got to spend in the Millers condo. Great people to deal with!!!
The place was just what we were looking for. We made a last minute decision to go to the beach and Mr. Miller went out of his way to accomadate us. We will stay with them again. It is right next door to Pinapple Willie's

Wow! What a phenomenal va...
Wow! What a phenomenal vacation! It was such a nice surprise to meet you both during our stay, and I can't say enough great things about this condo. It was everything described and much, much more-the pictures don't do it justice. The decor was tasteful and comfortable, and the entire Sunbird complex was very family friendly. I was most pleased with the balcony access from the master bedroom-what a treat every morning! The view from this condo is simply unbelievable! Thanks so much for a great stay, and we hope to visit again next summer. Lea Griffith

Your condo was perfect for our getaway beach vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful decor along with the awesome location and view of the gulf right from the living room and bedroom. We will definitely contact you next year for our vacation. We had a blast! It rained all day on our last day there, but it was nice to stay indoors and relax on the balcony. We enjoyed working with you and look forward to booking next year! Thank you again for letting us rent your condo.

Hugh and Sarah, All we can say is WOW! Your unit was everything we had hoped for. Just perfect for my wife and myself! Tastefully decorated, great views,all the accomodations we could have asked for, and best yet, our unit (your unit) was the most handsome of the units we have seen at the Sunbird! We met several people at the other units last week, and we concluded, we want to stay at your unit next time down! Thanks Hugh and Sarah! We also enjoyed visiting with Hugh right before we left! We have been staying at the Miller's units for several years and have never been anything but delighted. This year was no exception. 1008 W was perfect and so very comfortable. Tastefully decorated yet so warm. They are also great people to work with.

Hugh & Sarah- I apolo...
Hugh & Sarah- I apologize for not e-mailing sooner. My computer died while in Florida... maybe it was a sign that I was not suppose to work and needed to relax and enjoy PCB. Kym and I had a wonderful time while at PCB. Your condo was better than expected. We knew from the moment we walked in, that we were in the right place. The setting and views were incredible. From sunsets to views up and down the beach and kiteboarders entertaining us in the afternoon, your condo was perfect. Everything we needed and more!
