Anniversary Trip

Hannah was excellent to work with and was quick with responses. There was a water main issue that was out of their control. The issue resulted with required AC outage. We were notified immediately and were asked if we needed fans in our condo. Within 30 mins we had 2 fans delivered. Sunbird 1205W has a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Three beautiful pools but very cold for August. We would stay again if we ever go back to PCB.

Best of the Best

We’ve come to Sunbird Resorts Panama City Beach for the past 5 years, and last year, we booked Emerald Beach Properties.. We were so thoroughly impressed by the service, and most especially by the breathtaking view of the Gulf, that we booked it again this year. We weren’t let down! Same amazing service, but this year, all the construction from hurricane Michael’s wrath was completed and Sunbird shined like the jewel we knew she was!

Fantastic Stay!

EBP were wonderful..It was our 19th wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond in Service and Professionalism!! Sunbird is fully functional and the staff and security are top notch!! Elevators were fast and we had no wait whatsoever...Just a note however..Not all condo's there are managed by Emerald Beach Properties..so if you want a fantastic condo..clean and affordable..book through EBP..They have Never let us down! We stayed in 1205 West...Outstanding..Well Done and Thanks.

Little Paradise

My husband and I stay in the Compass Rose Penthouse for our Anniversary weekend gateway. Everything was prefect and well organized with providing parking passes and making sure we had a pool bands without dealing with guest services. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful for sunset/sunrise and it was true paradise with the ability of hearing the water crashing on the beach.

We've stayed at Sunbird the past 4 years and love it there. We've never been disappointed, but this year was special. The condo was the best we've experienced so far, and includes amazing ocean front view and everything you could ask for in comfort. The owner's responsiveness to any of our requests went even farther and was faster than we anticipated! We will certainly always try to make sure we book this condo on any of our future visits!

Booking, check in/check out, room interior and views made this a great experience. Our property manager was great. The minor negatives were the condition of the grounds due to unfinished storm damage construction. There is still a lot of work to be done but that was factored into the price of our stay so not that big of a deal to us. The elevators were down for a few hours one day and the front entrance gate got stuck once. Cost, conveinience and location all outweighed these minor issues for us. We would use this unit again once all the repairs are done and all the amenities are back up and running.

The space was absolutely beautiful, you can see the ocean from every inch of the condo. The hosts left a very nice welcome bag and responded to the only question we had very quickly. It was clean and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay again!

Best Location we have stayed in yet. Amazing View. Top floor Penthouse View. This is a smaller complex vs neighboring places. Value for being under construction is well worth it. We would stay in the particular unit again. Also right on top of Pineapple Willeys! Wish we could of stayed longer. Will definitely revisit the Sunbird 1205W.

This place was beautiful and the view was magnificent! I loved having the view of the ocean all the way around. The bed was comfortable and also the couch. There was construction going on above us but it was seriously not that bad at all.

Lots of construction going on during our stay but it wasn't too bad! The views from this place are incredible& I was amazed how fast the elevator was! Loved the secured parking and how everything was gated and fenced off.

The large windows throughout the floor added to the amazing views. The location is great. This area of the beach seemed quieter than the other areas and we appreciated being in walking distance to Pineapple Willies. The elevators to the 12th floor were fast and we never waited long. Construction was going on but we were never negatively impacted. The chairs on the balcony were very comfortable and the bed sheets and towels were nice quality. The bed slept well and I enjoyed the chaise by the window for reading. The bedroom ceiling fan didn't adjust and we only picked up a few channels on the TV, but this was minor compared to all the positive. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo very much.

We loved the condo. Thank you for a nice relaxing vacation with no issues!! Nicely decorated and clean. The view was amazing from the panoramic windows. We watched a sea turtle lay eggs on the beach one evening! The complex was well kept and quiet for a busy resort. We love the easy check in/check out by text. We had an issue with the recliner footrest broken but it was repaired quickly. I do have a few suggestions. A few area rugs would be great due to the beach sand on the tile. I had to wear shoes and sweep contantly. Some new pots and pans in the kitchen are needed. The sliding doors to the balcony do not lock. I know it's the 12th floor but it's just needed for safety. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a great February at this beauty of a condo. Clean, comfortable and with everything supplied in the kitchen for preparing your meals, if needed, but lots of restaurant within walking. Staff always welcoming and helpful. We have booked 1205W for next year.....making it our 4th year there....which should speak for itself!

Because of this special Penthouse condo, it was the most amazing vacation we've had in many many years. We celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and with this spectacular View and the sound of the gulf every night, it far surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this Penthouse condo to anyone who wants a special vacation. The entire staff was outstanding and making our vacation trouble-free ,thank you to everyone.

I'm glad that we chose this unit despite another recommendation from the managemaent company. We enjoyed staying here very much. My mom's a wheelchair dependent and bedritten due to terminal illness. I wanted her to enjoy this trip. She was able to look out from the bedroom or the living room to see the beach. We loved that there's no carpet so it's very easy to move the wheechair around. The kitchen was well equipped. It's very comfortable. It's also very convenient, not even 5 min. drive to Walmart , drug stores and only 6 miles to PCB and a walking distant to Pineapple Willy's restaurant which has a pier. There're also plenty of activities like jet ski, banana boats, dolphin tours.Eventhough the unit was very clean,we did see one small cockroach in the living room, and found one that went home with us in our plastic container. Despite that we would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for being a part of making this trip enjoyable for me and my mom.

What a wonderful vacation in PCB for the month of February.....too bad they couldn't control the weather. We have stayed at the Sunbird before and really enjoy the area, close to all the essentials. But this condo has the best view of the beach and gulf from the 12th floor......windows galore. A comfortable lounge is right in front of the large windows, a great place to relax and enjoy the view.....like beach and dolphins. And the extra bonus is the patio door from the bedroom to the balcony....leaving the door open a bit at night led to the most relaxing sleep on a comfortable king size bed, oh the sounds of the waves. The condo was clean, bright and airy...well decorated with a beach theme, even the dishes were well matched. Besides the regular kitchen appliances there were lots of pots and pans and small appliances to be used in cooking any meals. However, due to a central location to a number of local restaurants you don't need to cook if you really want a relaxing vacation. The condo is right on the vast beach of fine, white sand....you can walk for hours in either direction...and we did. The weather wasn't the warmest this year but we still enjoyed the beach and our daily walks. We bought two beach chairs that we only used a couple of times...we left them in the bedroom closet with the hopes that they can be enjoyed by future guests. We did have one small problem with some unwanted crawlers, which is common in the area, but it only took one phone call to maintenance/property management to get everything straightened away....great service. We were very pleased to be there for a Snowbird Appreciation Night put on by a few of the owners/renters..they supplied wine, cheese, crackers, meats. A representative of the Canadian Snowbird Association was on hand to bring us up to date on matters that affect vacationers. It was a great meet and greet and was much appreciated by us all. It was a real pleasure staying in this condo.......hopefully we can return some time in the future.

Sarah & Hugh's condo at 1205W was perfect & just as described in their ad-Perfection in Paradise! I am very familiar with PCB and the many locations that condos are spread throughout. I knew I wanted to stay on Thomas Drive because it is less congested but still centrally located to the things that we wanted to do. (WAL MART is just around the corner!) When I found their ad I thought it sounded perfect and it was! The photos supplied are very accurate but really don't do justice to the actual condo and views. We had stunning spectacular sunsets from the patio. THE MOST AMAZING VIEWS EVER! Not only are you SMACK DAB on the beach but you have views in both directions-INCREDIBLE! We enjoyed breakfast and lunches on the patio every day! The condo was clean & well maintained. Plenty of linens & starter supplies. The condo was equipped with flat screens in in the Living Room and bedroom, which was nice, I noticed other condos still had outdated TV's. I cooked breakfast, lunch and a couple of dinners, the kitchen was fully equipped and ample cookware and dishes! Loved the ocean themed light blue plates. Any questions that I had prior to arrival, both Sarah and Hugh were helpful in answering questions! Their info provided prior to check in had all the pertinent info along with suggestions for dining. We actually found a nice little place called Pier 77 off Thomas that I had never eaten at before, it was amazing food. I have already recommended this condo to friends that will be looking for a place to stay in PCB. This was my boyfriend's first trip to PCB, FL and thanks to this condo, it will not be his last. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Sarah and Hugh's Sunbird unit. Everything they claimed the unit to be was accurate; very clean, well equiped and what beautiful views all day and night long. The sunbird is perfectually situated for any day trips all along the Panama City Beach area. Our next vacation trip to the area we will definitely stay here or at any of their other properties because talking to them and seeing how honest and truely caring they are, we know we will be treated very fairly and get what we paid for--a great vacation place!

This condo was "THE" place to stay at Sunbird. Everything we needed was in the condo. Best View around. You could see the ocean no matter what room you were in. Loved having the 2 beach chairs available each day. Pool was also great. Must visit Pineapple Willy's next door. Hugh and Sarah were very great to work with. Reserved on Friday and arrived on Monday. Great find at the last minute!!!!!!!

This is the second time we have rented from the owners but the first time to stay in this unit, and we have had good experiences both times. It is very pleasant to do business with the owners. This unit is exactly as described. It is well-maintained. The location is great, because it has an awesome view of the beach, and it is off of the main road but within walking distance to Walmart and other stores, restaurants, and attractions. The parking lot is gated and very convienient. There is a laundry room on the ground floor, but it takes 7 quarters per load for the washer and the dryer--so take some rolls of quarters along if you plan to wash any clothes. There are 3 nice outdoor swimming pools. I HIGHLY recommend this unit and the owners for a reasonably priced place for families to stay that is right on the beach. We are already planning to rent this unit again.

Salt Water Grill was the best place to get a really nice dinner just a few blocks from the condo like everything else you may need or want. ZooWorld was great! you are up close and personal with all the animals and can get awesome pics. We spent alot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the 70-75 degree weather most of the time. The only bad part was leaving! thanks again Hugh and Sarah for everything and being there for us no matter what we needed! we will be back Lord willing.

The bed was great, the TV's were a special plus for my husband. I would highly recommend Sarah's Condos to anyone. In fact, we cannot wait until our next visit. They have truly spoiled us. We enjoyed calm seas, perfect weather, great seafood at the Captains Table, the Back Porch, Margatitaville and more. Close to everything. It was really the best vacation we have had in many years. We loved staying in the Compass Rose Penthouse! The views were amazing! Everything about the condo was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean. The resort itself was great as well, loved the pools, and being ocean front. Being next door to Pineapple Willys was a plus, we ended up eating there twice because it was so convenient! Overall a great trip and can't wait to visit again!

We truly love 1205W. It is decorated BEAUTIFULLY, is well equipped, and the view is AWESOME! It is also nice and clean. Nikki Wilson at Emerald Beach Properties is great. She is very professional and responds quickly to any matter that you may have. We have made this our vacation spot for the past 4 years.
