Wonderful

Location was wonderful, condo is just as the photos described. I was worried about hearing outside noise but it was very quiet in there. Overall we had a great stay.

Nice Size Balcony

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. This second-floor one-bedroom condo is exactly as listed and pictured. We didn't hear Pineapple Willy’s. Check in and out was contactless and extremely easy!

From Booking to Check-Out, Emerald Beach Properties was an excellent host. They promptly answered all my questions prior to booking and the online booking was fast, efficient, complete and easy. They responded to emails quickly and answered the phone when called. Once I self checked-in, I could not get the TV to work, I called Emerald Beach Properties and they came to the unit within 10min and showed me how it worked along with replacing a light bulb that was buzzing. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could rely on Emerald Beach Properties if I needed anything. The unit had everything I needed and loved the location. I would most definitely book with Emerald Beach properties again.

Perfect weekend getaway!!

This property is perfect for a small family!! My mom, aunt, cousin, and my mom's best friend stayed the weekend to celebrate my mom and her friend's 60th birthdays. The location is perfect!! We had no issues at all checking in, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Sunrise and Sunset Views!

Staying at Sunbird 208, had a beautiful view of the ocean front. There was still construction going on but that didn't damper our stay by any. During our stay the toilet was having a leaking problem from a unit below and they came and fixed it immediately. With no problems at all. We really enjoyed this condo and will hopefully enjoy it more and more the years to come!

I called to make my reservation by phone and the lady who helped me was extremely helpful through the whole reservation process. I liked that it was a gated community and people had to have a passcode to enter and also to access the beach.The room was gorgeous and very clean!! We could see the ocean from every room in the condo. If we go back to Panama City next year I will look for this room again.I would definitely recommend this room.

From start to finish Emerald Beach Properties was very pleasant and easy to book thru. This was the second year in a row staying in 208W. I will definitely stay here again. This condo has an amazing view. And I love the Location.

Your condo was great and the decor was so "beachy". It had everything we needed. I loved the bedroom with the king sized bed. You could just relax and hear the sound of the waves. And, as the ad said, it was only steps from the beach with a great view from the balcony. It was our 38th wedding aniversary and we shared our trip with our 6 year old grandaughter. She had a ball. Thank you for renting your condo to us. Your condo is beautiful and the view from the balcony is awesome! As always when we vacation in Panama City, we had a wonderful time. If you like boating, I suggest renting a pontoon boat and explore St. Andrew's Bay. We rented a pontoon and near the channel we saw 20 to 25 dolphins within a half hour. We enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful Condo. It is awesome! So relaxing, clean and convenient. I love the big red recliner, just lay back, relax and look right out on the lovely gulf and beach. Always something interesting going on out there. The view is majestic. At night, lie in bed and listen to the soothing ocean sounds or during the day just lie there and look out on the beach and the water. Can't think of anything better one would need for a great vacation. Next time we'll make reservations for at least a week. Thanks for your kind hospitality during our stay there. We had a wonderful stay at Sunbird 208W. I really liked the layout of the condo. The decorations and furnishings were very pleasant. Although it is a small 1 bedroom it felt larger because both the living area and the bedroom have wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the beach. I liked being on a lower floor. It was very convenient when going to and from the beach and pool. We brought a queen sized air mattress to put on the sofa bed and we recommend the same to anyone else that plans on sleeping on it. I've yet to find a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. The pricing for the unit was great. It is an older condo and it shows its age a bit but it was very clean and we had no maintenance issues.
