"Seaside Serenity" is a "C" floor plan, you can see the Gulf from the living room, kitchen, and your balcony!! The sunsets are amazing, come see for yourself!
Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
This beautiful property has a casual coastal vibe. You'll enjoy relaxing on the comfy queen sleeper sofa and watching the man-sized TV with DirecTV Streaming. The amazing views will take your breath away from the second you walk in.
You will find your perfect place in paradise when you step onto the balcony for unlimited views in both directions where the emerald green water meets the ever-changing colors of the sky. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunset celebrations here on your private balcony overlooking the amazing Gulf.

By Michelle L., Posted: 04/25/2026Great stay! A little chilly still for the pool but looked clean and amazing! Only thing that was awkward was the bed against the wall on one side, plus I’m short and had to leap into the bed, the top of the bed was above my waist!

The pool between East & West Buildings was beautiful! From the guard at the gate to the staff we saw as we were leaving were all very nice & professional. Enjoyed the living room it was so roomy. Bedroom is exactly as you need it. The condo was decorated with a beach theme. It was precious! It was just as we expected from the pictures. We loved it! We thought about buying us a condo like this in time. Worth the price!

We loved our stay. The view was great. The nice breeze was relaxing. Thank you so much. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. The size was just right. Bars, Walmart were not too far. The beach was awesome. Host response was good. Definitely recommend this condo!

Q: Is Sunbird convenient to restaurants?- Staff S. Posted: 03/21/2022A:Yes there are several restaurants within walking distance! Pineapple Willy's is right next door. The Wharf and Juan Taco are across the street in Laketown wharf. Waffle House is a couple of blocks away. In addition, during the summer, there is a Tiki Hut at Sunbird where you can get drinks and poolside food.
Q: Is the pool warm enough to swim in winter?- Staff S. Posted: 10/07/2022A:The West Tower Pool is heated once temperatures cool down in the fall and until temperatures warm up in the Spring. The other pools are not heated.
