The view from the balcony of the beach and the Gulf was amazing. Even from inside the condo looking through the door walls and windows was an amazing view. When I woke up in the morning or sitting in the recliner the view of the Gulf just beautiful. I ate breakfast on the balcony while listening to the surf.

So beautiful, the view is outstanding. Easy to get in and out of as far as parking. Fast elevators as well. Bed was super comfortable. The floor could have been a little cleaner and the sink in the bathroom drained extremely slowly but other than that everything was great!

Beautiful views & cozy stay!
We loved this property! It was just the right size for the two of us. The king-sizes bed was super comfy. The beach views were AMAZING! It took us MAYBE 5 minutes to get from our room (on the 9th floor) to our setup spot on the beach (right at the water). The beach for the condo was not crowded at all, especially compared to the other condos on the other side of Pineapple Willy’s. We walked to Pineapple Willy’s on several occasions for drinks and to eat. 10/10 recommend!

Just what I had hoped!
Absolutely beautiful view of the coastline both looking east and west, and an amazing view of the sunset! It was a perfect size for my friend and I to share the space. It was very clean and I was (pleasantly) surprised how quiet it was, being so close to Pineapple Willy's! The only outdoor sound was the ocean waves!!

Great views
While this place was fantastic, with amazing views and a clean, spacious condo, the real hero of the story is Emerald Properties. Around 4pm on the day before Thanksgiving, they found out the a/c would be down for the rest of our stay. Within the hour we were heading to another beautiful condo just ¼ down the street, with views that were just as good if not better. It was an upgrade and they didn’t have to put us there, but they did, and we were so thankful. I will definitely be looking them up the next time we’re planning a vacation in Panama City Beach.

Sunbird
This was a great property. We enjoyed our stay. The ceiling in the kitchen was dirty. Our sheets were dirty, we had to rewash them. The ceiling fans did not work. There was paint on the outside of the door that we did not know was there and wet. So, we ran into on our clothes. FYI. All in all I would definitely go back. We loved the condo. I am only listing these issues so they can be fixed. Thank you.

Timing is everything!
I'm rating our vacation 5 stars overall, the condo was as advertised in the listing. A perfect size for two people. We enjoyed the beach very much and Pineapple Willy's. Unfortunately our visit coincided with Panamania during the second weekend of our stay. It was pretty crazy but not normal according to the wonderful local people that we talked to. We will definitely come back but maybe at a different time of year.

We absolutely love Sunbird Captain's Cove!! We have stayed here multiple times. The balcony has a great view in all directions, enough space inside the condo, and the dishwasher is super quiet!!! Thank you so much for always making us feel at home.

Emerald Beach, like the panhandle of Florida is one of the most beautiful in the world. The white sand and the beauty of the gulf is amazing. I have always loved the beaches on the gulf in the panhandle of Florida. They are beautiful.

Wonderful Long weekend
We had a mother daughter long weekend planned. Tropical storm Fred decided to join us. Despite the storm, Emerald Beach Properties kept us informed and made us feel very safe in our condo. The condo was everything we expected, clean, comfortable, great location and a beautiful view.

Great Weekend Getaway for 2
The condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for 2. The beach was big enough to accommodate the spring break crowds but still have space, the kitchen well-suited to cook in, the living room comfortable for movie-watching, and the balcony a lovely place to drink coffee overlooking the beach. Sunbird 908W
The unit was beautiful. Nicely furnished and decorated. Very clean. The listing had stated that the amenities pool etc. Wouldn't be accessible due to construction, repairs from hurricane Michael. Being January that was fine. It stated that the Beach was open, however you may have to walk a little further to get to the designated Beach access. There was NO WAY to get to the Beach. ALL access to the beach was baracaded.

Had a great week in 908W! The layout and space was ideal for 2. All the needed amenities were there and available for use. It was unfortunate that the construction was ongoing and disallowed the balcony use but this was all understandable and known prior to booking. This did not hamper our fun or activities while in PCB. Looking forward to attempting to book this condo again!

Everything was just outstanding , starting with the service . Hannah has been so wonderful and helpful to work with . We needed an early check in and Hannah promptly took care of it and got us in our condo earlier . Once we arrived in our condo , it was super clean , it had everything we needed . Outstanding view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico . Great layout of space . The bed was super comfy . We were a little disappointed that the pool area had no umbrellas to allow a little shade. The resort had hurricane damage which we knew about before we rented but the elevators were still plywood and in our hallway all sorts of beach gear ( tubes, floats and sand buckets ) were scattered about .

Very nice place to stay! Also very helpful responses and great check in and check out process. Only complaint would be no lights by the grills and the elevator is sketchy due to construction on the building. But would recommend nice location and great view from the 9th floor.

Peaceful, relaxing-love the quickness of elevators!!
The room was everything they said it would be. I would like to see the bathroom updated though. When the shower turned on it still came out the bottom part. The counter was laminate and needs a new updated look but served its purpose. The view of the balaconies were amazing. The 9th floor is just right!! We asked for the balcony sliding door to be fixed in the future because it was very hard to open and close and they fixed it without telling us. It would have been nice to know they were coming into the room because the next time we tried to open the door we were expecting it to be hard to open like before and it wasn't and my husband about lost his balance because of how easy it was to open. We plan on coming back with our children but we would need something bigger. But for us two it was perfect!!

We stayed in 908W for an extended weekend and loved it! Unit was extremely clean and pretty up to date! Love this floor plan in Sunbird with the oceanfront bedroom!! Awesome views! Condo had everything we needed and look forward to returning! Emerald Beach properties had everything in the room there for us upon arrival, didn't even step foot in the office at Sunbird! Will definitely try again!

What a wonderful unit at the Sunbird! It was perfect for the quiet, personal time I needed on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. My favorite thing about this unit is it feels so close to the water, that time on its balcony was as good as renting an umbrella. Great views. Amazingly private considering the perfect location overlooking Pineapple Willy's. I love the choice of pool. The Sunbird has been a favorite of mine for many years. The unit was clean and neat as a pin. Had everything I needed (including a crockpot!) and a Keurig. Fridge was cold, A/C worked great, bed was super soft. I will be back for my next vacation and will definitely use Emerald Properties. My ONLY issue, I would have liked one more communication about a week prior to assure me things were on track. I was very worried about gate & door codes until just a few hours before we were set to arrive. And I have to say, I am technical, and I had a bit of time setting the door code on the electronic lock reset & then remembering that the main gate doesn't require a star or pound sign and that's different from the pool gate. I know those are property things that are outside your control.

Steps from the beach, perfect views await! We loved that the beach wasn't too crowded and the water was perfect! We loved playing on the sandbar! We had such a wonderful family vacation thanks to Sarah Condos. They were very nice to work with! Great location, loved walking to Pineapple Willy's to eat! Lots of updates that aren't pictured in the photos. This was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable! My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and it was a perfect get away! Tile floors are a plus for easy clean up of any left over sand from the beach. Perfect views of the ocean/beach and Pineapple Willy's!

Every day we opened all of the blinds and enjoyed the vast view of the ocean from every room. We also loved the super comfy king sized bed and the "king" sized TV :) I was also very happy that there were plenty of drawers and closet space with hangers. We had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation, from the fully stocked kitchen to the huge supply of towels & linens. I highly recommend Sarah Condos and this condo. I have bookmarked Sarah's website for future vacations! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful time in 208E. We stayed during "Thunder Beach Bike Week" and still had a quiet weekend. The closeness to Pineapple Willy's was great. We had everything we could possibly need in the unit and were within walking distance to everything else. This was my idea of a perfect stay.
