Great stay for us. Super responsive w issues and quick resolutions. Gated w lock code entry. Big pool and decent hot tub. About 5 minutes from room to water on the beach! The parking for this room is EXCELLENT. Cannot brag enough about the location of this room. Not too far from pier park and walking distance to pineapple Willy’s!
Only downside to this whole room is the second bathroom is loud. No option to turn the fan off so it about drives you crazy when you’re getting ready so we all just used the other bathroom!
Would stay here again!

Arrived at our condo and was very pleased. It was clean, had plenty of seating outside on the balcony. Beds were comfortable and there was alot of places to go within walking distance. The beach was absolutley gorgeous. If you're going to cook, bring your spices and ziplock bags. Other then that, our stay was amazing. I'd stay there again.

Twin Palms is always my favorite!
Twin Palms 1903 This was our first time staying in this specific condo. Very clean, it has all the things that you need. This location is always our favorite. Walk right across the street to Sunrise, the breakfast and coffee spot of our choice and of course Pineapple Willy’s isn’t far. ??????????

This condo has everything you need. It had all the accommodations for my little family. We cooked and they had plenty of pots and pans. The balcony has breathtaking views. Lots of balcony furniture to choose from and even a dining table on the balcony! Perfect for breakfast with a view! It was always nice and cool. Never felt hot. Two clean showers. The main bed was really comfy and clean! It has perfect direct beach access and the pool was extremely warm and clean!! This was the best place for my family and I. No complaints.

Breathtaking views from the 19th floor spacious balcony, the location was actually perfect and not as crowded as I expected. The condo was very clean and equipped with plenty of towels and dishes. I would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend this place. I think it is in a great location. The condo has a wonderful view of the beach and was very peaceful to sit on the balcony at night. Even though it is very busy around the condo outside with lots of people around, it was still very quiet and relaxing inside the condo. Plenty of places to eat close by. We tried a pizza place right across the street from the condo and it was fabulous. Lots of shops and things to do and see. We went to the "Sunrise" breakfast place for breakfast one morning and it was pretty good- a bit pricey in my opinion but it was still good. long lines though.. Everything in the condo was as described. The only recommendation is that I think they should clean the floors better inside the condo. Our feet were black on the bottom if we walked without our shoes on. Our socks were completely black from being inside the condo and we thought that was pretty disgusting. Overall we would stay here again!

This place is a must stay! You don’t have to deal with someone when checking in. No front desk none of that which I loved. You get all codes (gate code for entering and parking and room code) sent to your email. Once you get in the gate and park there are the luggage carrier right inside near elevator up to your room you go with code to room. In room you have envelope with your parking pass and instructions on Wi-Fi codes, garbage shoot and hose keeping. Everything was easy peasy! The view is great your right near everything. What I really love about the host when I checked out I left my wedding ring and honestly didn’t know until I made it back to Atlanta. I reached out to host and she Ups it to me quick! Thank you soooo much for that! Definitely will stay again and at any of their properties. Unit was clean everything worked and like I said great virw. It is a must stay!!

Great Unit, Clean, Plenty of Balcony Seating!

Great unit, clean with plenty of balcony seating - including a large table to eat dinner at a few times! Comfy bed, great a/c for sleeping, no complaints here!  “We love Twin Palms. This was our second stay there but in another unit. Last year, instructions weren't quite as clear and we were actually missing the code to the restrooms at the ground by the pool. This time Emerald Beach Properties made it seamless and we had all the information we needed - super easy and our unit was even ready a couple hours early. Loved the extra furniture on the balcony. Thanks for a great week!”

Good week end
The property was ok with normal wear and tear. The view was excellent so we spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. One of the security men was rude, but that has nothing to do with the property. We will visit again.

Great place!
Trying to give useful information here: Excellent location. Would 100% stay here again. This condo was nice and clean. Great view! Sleeping on the bed in the master bedroom was what I imagine sleeping on a cloud feels like. We didn’t use the kitchen much but was fully stocked. The condo was stocked with towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, hand towels, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, extra pillows and blankets, laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, deodorant, etc. Reserved parking spot right in front of the elevator. Beware that your vehicle will be covered in salt! Within walking distance to some great places such as the WonderWorks Museum, the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Pineapple Willy’s, and several other restaurants and stores. ML Pier is about a mile and a half mile away. Getting our car in and out was never a big issue. And convenient pedestrian access to the street when we wanted to walk. The beach was never overly crowded, nor was the pool. We brought our own chairs, but could have rented some nearby. Oh, and we never had to wait long for an elevator. Overall, a great experience for a couple of PCB first timers! If you get a chance while you’re there, visit El Rodeo Tequila Bar & Grill about 10 minutes away by car. Great food and live music! Also, Adventures At Sea for a waverunner tour or boat rental!

Exceptional service from Emerald Beach Properties. We had a great weekend and loved the gas grills right on the beach pool area. Pool, Sauna, and pool area bathrooms were very nice and clean. Looks like they did a recent remodel. We liked the garage parking being in the same building. Nice large open deck view with plenty of space. Close to everything on the Pier Park side.

Labor Day Weekend
Great views and convenient location. Easy check in and out. The condo was very clean. Even though we were on the 19th floor, we never had too long of a wait for an elevator since there are only five units per floor. The pool was bigger than we thought. The kitchen is small but sufficient for our needs. I liked the dedicated parking spot, and there are others available if you have multiple vehicles. I would definitely stay here again.

35th Anniversary Getaway

The views of the ocean were this property's most valuable feature. Even though windy and overcast weather minimized our beach time, spending time on the balcony more than made up for the lost beach time. The condo is very spacious, with tall ceilings and it was exceptionally clean. I would 100% recommend this place to others. The property management company was professional and highly responsive. Sometimes when I travel, I feel that PM don't necessarily want to hear from you until you check out. Emerald Beach Properties communicated with text and email to remind us how to contact them if we needed to. Karen was accommodating and helpful, I ended up booking another vacation through their management company.

Great memories made!
Absolutely loved this property. Would stay again. Already planning our next beach vacation. Panama City beach was great. We had two double red flag days during our stay; however pool was great and nice sized! Even during pandemic, we were able to maintain social distance.
