We stayed at the very end of July and had an amazing time! The condo is exactly as described and was clean to meet our expectations. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 kiddos and all were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed and the location is close to anything you'd like to do. I highly recommend Schooners and Pineapple Willies for the beach vibe and Firefly for an elegant evening out. The balcony was the perfect place to have morning coffee and relax. As for the beach, it was a beautiful emerald green and blue with white sugar sands. It only takes a few minutes to get from the 10th floor condo to the beach and the elevator had little to no wait. The pool and hot tub were excellent and used heavily throughout our stay. The Tiki bar is convenient even though we never needed to use it. I highly recommend this location and Host, as everything was as described and the Host provides clear instructions for checking in and FAQ's. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Friends trip
Great weather, great stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only wished refrigerator had ice maker or at least ice trays.. we did go out and purchased a few( which we left for the next renters). I would definitely recommend and would stay again

The convenience of the beach was great. It was nice to have a tiki bar with food and drinks on site and the VIEWS from the room were amazing! Having the room with a queen and bunks was nice. If there was ever a problem, they would fix it immediately!

Met expectations

We just loved the days we spent in Panama City and Emerald Beach! The apartment is super comfortable and the location, without a doubt, is the highlight! For those with children, being a few steps from the beach is priceless! We love to enjoy the balcony also at the end of the night listening to the noise of the sea and enjoying a good drink (after, of course, all the kiddos are in bed!) Anyway! It's really worth staying with them! The hosts have always been great with us too!

Perfect for our guy's deep sea fishing trip!

This property was perfect for our guys deep sea fishing trip! We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The condominium amenities were great and in excellent condition and the beach access was perfect. It's very conveniently located to the marina and some of the best restaurants in PCB in our opinion. The host was a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond to any messages or questions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to future guests interested in staying in PCB.

Great for families
We were 2 families of 4. Kids slept in the bunk room which was perfect! TVs were a bit dated, had cable, but we brought fire sticks and a ps4 for the living room tv. Beds were comfy (top bunk only holds 100lbs tho!!) and kitchen was stocked. Pretty spacious overall, even had room for a couple of bikes in the closets. Location was great, about 7mi to pier park, away from the hustle and bustle of PCB. Just a mile or 2 from St Andrews Park which is a nice state park with calm water beaches, good snorkling, and ferry rides to shell island.

Our family of 4 stayed here with another family of 4. The kids stayed in the bunk bed room which was perfect. Top bunk only holds 100lbs so the little stayed up top! The TVs all had cable but we brought fire sticks and a ps4 for the living room for our entertainment. TVs in the rooms were a bit dated but we made it work. The wifi was VERY weak and would be something to improve because when you're looking up places to eat and things to do you kinda need that... The beds were comfy tho and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even room to store a couple of bikes in the closets. My friend and I rode to pier park and st andrews park a few times which was nice! Good location!

Comfortable and Great Location
The condo was clean and comfortable. Even though there was only 2 of us it could comfortably accommodate 2, maybe even 3 families. The balcony provided a beautiful view. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Condo Ever
We stayed three nights. We were alerted that our condo was ready for us two hours before listed check in time. We had three cars and due to only two spaces available at the condo the property management told us we could park one car at their office . How kind is that. The spacious condo was perfect for three couples and two small children. The view was amazing. There was everything we needed supplied for us and every worker we encountered was so kind. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, we plan to book here every year!!!

We stayed here December 2020 and came from Minnesota. The condo was perfect for 3 couples and was clean and in good repair. The view from the balcony can't be beat, the beach is awesome. The hot tubs were closed and the pool was not heated the whole week. The ocean was cold, but we still went in but that would not work for most. We saw dolphins and sting ray from the balcony. We brought cards to play on the rainy days. The location is very safe, and you will need to rent a car. Restaurants, the pier and activities are all within 9 miles. Easy driving area. Its a 25 minute drive to the airport. The weather was 50-78 degrees, and we were able to tan but also had to have sweatshirt and pants for other days.

Hurricane Sally
Unfortunately Hurricane Sally hit during our stay. However, we made the best of it. The condo was as advertised. The view was great. We picked the location because it is near the park and not as much traffic. We would love to go back during better weather. Emerald Beach Property Management was available any time we had questions and made checking in easy.

This is an awesome place to stay! We loved so much!
Everything was as we expected, very clean, well organized, good access to the beach, follow directions based on CDC guidelines in the whole building, comfortable beds, great view of the ocean.
Our daughters enjoyed the beach and the pool. The tiki bar is great too close to the pool!
We will love to come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Much needed vacation
Our time in PCB was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The two master bedrooms was a nice feature, along with the 3rd bedroom that had a bunk bed plus a queen sized bed. The unit had a fantastic view beach/Gulf. The check-in process was seamless. I would recommend a few more staples be available in the kitchen - plastic pitcher, more utensils (forks), wine glasses, pans/skillets of different sizes, and a few more pots. I reached out to the property manager on our first day and her response was quick!!! Overall, great vacation and great unit.

This Condo is Great. Room for everyone, great accommodations, Very comfortable with everything we needed! We loved sitting on the balcony at sunset and walking on the beach at night. Our favorite restaurants were C-Level (bring your own hand wipes), Capt' Andersons and Jin Jin King. The beach is great! The guys renting the jet ski were great. Great Restaurants close by. Beautiful setting and great vacation! We had our AC go out on the last day because the building had to shut it off. One call to Emerald Beach Properties and 15 minutes later a tech was at our door to fix everything! EBP is a great company to plan a vacation with!

The complex has a great grilling are for our game day cook out. We had robs, chicken legs, backed beans, potato salad and cheese cake! It was really good. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. It was a wonderful getaway!

Our favorite moments were spending time with family! This unit was wonderful. Very spacious, love the two master bedrooms oceanfront! We will for sure come back. The sun rises and sets on the beach. Breathtaking views everyday. Take a walk at 3am with a flashlight and see all the wildlife. The people are very friendly everyone smiles and waves. We're coming back again and we'll stay longer for more time on the beach!

Amazing Views
Our group had an amazing time in Panama City Beach because of this condo and the complex! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for better views. It was convenient to rent chairs directly in front of the condo. Security made sure that only authorized visitors could access the pool. We would definitely return!

Great Week
The stay at the Watercrest was wonderful. The no stop check-in process, key code access when condo was ready, was fabulous. Then the 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo was spacious enough for my entire family. And then you add the breath taking ocean view from the balcony and it couldn't get any better. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. It was a great place to stay and yes we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Our family vacation was perfect due to the accommodations at Watercrest. The no check-in process of receiving access via a key code made for a seamless arrival.....awesome start. The property is beautiful and perfectly located. Upon our arrival, two sinks were stopped up, and the shower curtains were filthy. However, the maintenance guy came on Monday and promptly took care of these issues. He was courteous and professional. The only problem we had after that is that we couldn't get the condo to cool down below 73-74.........even with all the blinds closed and the doors closed all day.

We just got home from a weeks vacation with our entire family at Neptunes Reef condo 1004. It was amazing. Its beautiful and perfect size for our family. It has everything you need and close to all the places we wanted to go. The pool and beach is perfect and our kiddos had an awesome time in both. The security was great and friendly. If there were any negatives it would be we ran out of hot water if we all tried to get ready at the same time and the food at the little place by the pool is awful. Don't waste your money. Cold and not fresh at all. We hope to be able to stay at this location again in the future. Our family had an awesome vacation and great time together.

You guys were awesome to rent through. We had a great stay with only two minor problems. The second master did not have the mattress topper as mentioned in the description and the netting on the deck is in very poor condition. Other than that everything was as expected. The location was perfect, the parking convenient, the condo was huge and so well laid out, and the views from the living/dining area, and not one but TWO master bedrooms were absolutely breathtaking! There were 7 of us altogether and we had more than enough room. The balcony was so large my entire family could sit out on it together and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning and the breathtaking sunsets at night. I can't even put into words how incredibly beautiful the beach was!!! There was even a little goodie bag in the room for my 4 year old daughter complete with a cute little beach ball! I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. My family and I truly had a wonderful time and we cannot wait to come back. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!

Mr. and Mrs. Miller, I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to spend a week in your 1004 Watercrest condo (07/18/09 - 07/25/09). My family loved every minute. The condo at the Watercrest was very nice and comfortable and we felt right at home. Your condo was a great fit for us (even though there was only 4 of us). We all slept so well every night we were there. All the beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the extra pillows in the closets. The condo had everything that we needed and then some. The kitchen was loaded with all new appliances, cabinets, granite counter-tops and anything I needed was at my fingertips. My favorite place was the huge balcony. What a beautiful sunset! We want to plan another trip to stay with you again soon. Also, I thank you for the prompt return of my deposit, I think I received it in the mail on July 31.

Stayed at a unit in Watercress this summer. Without a doubt Watercrest is our new favorite vacation condo. The floor plan was perfect for our family, and we loved the large balcony overlooking the Gulf.The facility was amazing, we never got to use the cool shuffleboard on the roof of the garage, but plan to next time. The location is quiet, which is what we like, but was close to everything we wanted to do. Next trip to Panama City, Watercrest will be our destination .

I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to spend a week in your 1004 Watercrest condo (07/18/09 - 07/25/09). My family loved every minute. The condo at the Watercrest was very nice and comfortable and we felt right at home. Your condo was a great fit for us (even though there was only 4 of us). We all slept so well every night we were there. All the beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the extra pillows in the closets. The condo had everything that we needed and then some. The kitchen was loaded with all new appliances, cabinets, granite counter-tops and anything I needed was at my fingertips. My favorite place was the huge balcony. What a beautiful sunset! We want to plan another trip to stay with you again soon. Also, I thank you for the prompt return of my deposit, I think I received it in the mail on July 31. Thanks again, everything was wonderful! My family and I had a great time on the PC Beach. Relieved there was no oil; ocean was absolutely perfect; waves were just right for kids and grandkids. Stay at Watercrest June 19, 2010

We stayed a week in the Condo on the 15th floor of Watercrest and had a great time. The 3 BR/3 Bath condo is beautiful and exactly as described, it had everything we needed to have a great time. If your family wants to go the the beach and have a great time, and a great place to stay, this is the place to do go!

Mr.Hugh & Mrs.Sarah, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo! We enjoyed our time there so much. This room was absolutely perfect. There was nothing in there that we did not need to go buy! It was equippted with everything possible and then some. The beds slept heavenly, nice and cool in the room, a view that was breath taking, and all the comforts of home! I look forward to staying there again! This condo is beautiful and roomy! The pictures don't do it justice. We filled the room to capacity and never felt cramped. It had everything we needed and more, and we will definitely stay here again.
