The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Park in your very own reserved private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. Tennis, shuffleboard and indoor racquet ball courts are also available on property. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. All parking under the tennis courts is reserved, and one of them is reserved just for you. Your other parking space is in the open parking lot. Please check your check in instructions for specifics on reserved spaces. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles improperly parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. A very limited number of additional parking passes may be purchased from security on a first come, first served basis. Additional offsite parking is also available in public parking lots for an additional daily fee.

This property was perfect for our guys deep sea fishing trip! We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The condominium amenities were great and in excellent condition and the beach access was perfect. It's very conveniently located to the marina and some of the best restaurants in PCB in our opinion. The host was a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond to any messages or questions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to future guests interested in staying in PCB.
By Lisa, Posted: 06/07/2021Our family of 4 stayed here with another family of 4. The kids stayed in the bunk bed room which was perfect. Top bunk only holds 100lbs so the little stayed up top! The TVs all had cable but we brought fire sticks and a ps4 for the living room for our entertainment. TVs in the rooms were a bit dated but we made it work. The wifi was VERY weak and would be something to improve because when you're looking up places to eat and things to do you kinda need that... The beds were comfy tho and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even room to store a couple of bikes in the closets. My friend and I rode to pier park and st andrews park a few times which was nice! Good location!

By Angela, Posted: 01/04/2021We stayed here December 2020 and came from Minnesota. The condo was perfect for 3 couples and was clean and in good repair. The view from the balcony can't be beat, the beach is awesome. The hot tubs were closed and the pool was not heated the whole week. The ocean was cold, but we still went in but that would not work for most. We saw dolphins and sting ray from the balcony. We brought cards to play on the rainy days. The location is very safe, and you will need to rent a car. Restaurants, the pier and activities are all within 9 miles. Easy driving area. Its a 25 minute drive to the airport. The weather was 50-78 degrees, and we were able to tan but also had to have sweatshirt and pants for other days.

We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait for next year. I would highly recommend Emerald Beach Properties.

We loved sitting on the balcony at sunset and walking on the beach at night. Our favorite restaurants were C-Level (bring your own hand wipes), Capt' Andersons and Jin Jin King. The beach is great! The guys renting the jet ski were great. Great Restaurants close by. Beautiful setting and great vacation! We had our AC go out on the last day because the building had to shut it off. One call to Emerald Beach Properties and 15 minutes later a tech was at our door to fix everything! EBP is a great company to plan a vacation with!

We plan on visiting again. We enjoyed the beach every day. Parasailing, swimming with the dolphins, shell island, putt putt golf and go kart racing.

Nice location too, away from most of the crowd. Everyone was great! Thank YOU EBP! The beach and the pool were great, we loved to look for seashells and go swimming.

The no check-in process of receiving access via a key code made for a seamless arrival.....awesome start. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo made it possible for our entire family to vacation together in comfort. And the ocean view was breath taking! Watercrest worked extremely well for our family from start to end. It was so good we really didn't want to leave. Thank you for providing us a wonderful time!

However, the maintenance guy came on Monday and promptly took care of these issues. He was courteous and professional. The only problem we had after that is that we couldn't get the condo to cool down below 73-74.........even with all the blinds closed and the doors closed all day.
By Donny, Posted: 06/21/2018We just got home from a weeks vacation with our entire family at Neptunes Reef condo 1004. It was amazing. Its beautiful and perfect size for our family. It has everything you need and close to all the places we wanted to go. The pool and beach is perfect and our kiddos had an awesome time in both. The security was great and friendly. If there were any negatives it would be we ran out of hot water if we all tried to get ready at the same time and the food at the little place by the pool is awful. Don't waste your money. Cold and not fresh at all. We hope to be able to stay at this location again in the future. Our family had an awesome vacation and great time together.

The second master did not have the mattress topper as mentioned in the description and the netting on the deck is in very poor condition. Other than that everything was as expected. The location was perfect, the parking convenient, the condo was huge and so well laid out, and the views from the living/dining area, and not one but TWO master bedrooms were absolutely breathtaking! There were 7 of us altogether and we had more than enough room. The balcony was so large my entire family could sit out on it together and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning and the breathtaking sunsets at night. I can't even put into words how incredibly beautiful the beach was!!! There was even a little goodie bag in the room for my 4 year old daughter complete with a cute little beach ball! I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. My family and I truly had a wonderful time and we cannot wait to come back. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!

They all love the short walk to the beach and the ocean. My only concern was the condo could have been a little cleaner. But we had a marvelous time and will keep you in mind on future visits. The condo at the Watercrest was very nice and comfortable and we felt right at home. Your condo was a great fit for us (even though there was only 4 of us). We all slept so well every night we were there. All the beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the extra pillows in the closets. The condo had everything that we needed and then some. The kitchen was loaded with all new appliances, cabinets, granite counter-tops and anything I needed was at my fingertips. My favorite place was the huge balcony. What a beautiful sunset! We want to plan another trip to stay with you again soon. Also, I thank you for the prompt return of my deposit, I think I received it in the mail on July 31.

The floor plan was perfect for our family, and we loved the large balcony overlooking the Gulf.The facility was amazing, we never got to use the cool shuffleboard on the roof of the garage, but plan to next time. The location is quiet, which is what we like, but was close to everything we wanted to do. Next trip to Panama City, Watercrest will be our destination .
