Vehicles improperly parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. A very limited number of additional parking passes may be purchased from security on a first come, first served basis. Additional offsite parking is also available in public parking lots for an additional daily fee.
Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The WaterCrest building has been completely renovated with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long to get to your condo. Park in your own private covered parking space adjacent to the building. The kitchen/living area seemed a little crowded like maybe needing a smaller table. Would have liked dual sinks in master bedroom and some additional hooks in the bathroom to hang swimsuits. By Brad, Posted: 08/09/2020Watercrest was great. PCB definitely didn’t disappoint as usual and we will be returning again. The views from the 15th floor were spectacular. The staff/guests at the resort given the “corona” situation were nothing short of awesome in the fact of social distancing. Everyone gave everybody space on the elevators. Hannah was easy to talk with and great to deal with. We would recommend using Emerald Beach Properties.

Then the tropical storm threatened the week we were scheduled to come. We went ahead and so glad we did. We had the best vacation. WaterCrest 1507 was the perfect condo for my family. It had everything we needed for the entire week. I will definitely consider booking again.

By Denise, Posted: 04/29/2019This unit's two oceanfront king-sized master suites were especially enjoyed by the grandparents and adult children while the 3 granddaughters loved having twin bunks and a queen in their room as well as their own bathroom. Covered parking was a nice feature. Heated pool, beach, and hot tub were frequently visited by all. Nice, quiet location at East end of the beach was appreciated. Big, panoramic view of the beach and pelicans were amazing. You will not be disappointed. Karen is attentive and it is a pleasure to work with her..

Only issue was with the “red tide” and I know that that was out of the control of the rental company.

They were excellent and very helpful with everything! The beach, the pool, the property and everything around it was very family and kid friendly! It goes without saying that the view is magnificent from the large balcony. The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. We would happily return for another stay.

Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which with teenagers is a must have!!! :) "Mr. Sarah" came by and we had a nice talk. Very nice owners. Everything was exactly like the photos and there is no carpet other than the rug in the living room. A definite plus for the beach. We will definitely be back hopefully next year for maybe even a longer stay!! Thanks for providing us a exceptional place to stay for our summer getaway. The Waldons

We started coming to Watercrest 7 years ago when our twins were one we love the building and the beach but our other condo was getting a little small. We travel with another family so 10 in all and this condo had plenty of room for us. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen complete. You can't beat the 4th of July fireworks on the beach!!! We spent a rainy afternoon at Wonderworks and a wonderful day at St. Andrew's Park. We ate at Pineapple Willie's and had the best lunch at Spinnakers.

We have stayed in several condos in Panama City, but we all really liked this one. A great view from two bedrooms and living area. Our grandchildren loved this red couch. Thanks to the Millers for letting us stay in their home.

The furniture is not the normal Florida condo wicker things this is real heavy duty beautiful furniture. They have everything to make this stay fantastic. Hugh and Sarah are wonderful to work with. We even got to see the dolphins from the balcony.

By Cerilla, Posted: 07/12/2016We loved our stay at Watercrest! The room was clean. Elevators always available. Very roomy for our group- we had 9. The view is perfect. Plenty of linens. Washer and dryer are a little small. Really needed three parking passes, but they allow only two. This is a big problem when you have people coming from three different cities or states. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who likes the quiet part of Panama City Beach.
