Vehicles improperly parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. A very limited number of additional parking passes may be purchased from security on a first come, first served basis. Additional offsite parking is also available in public parking lots for an additional daily fee.
Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The WaterCrest building has been completely renovated with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long to get to your condo. Park in your own private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Everything worked well… the canopy they have available for the beach is super helpful. It was not a crowded beach at all for the week we were there (2nd week of October)
The view is just incredible!
The icing on the cake for us was getting a text that we could check in several hours early!

Had a Bible in the kids room which was also a great plus considering our families follow Jesus and make Him a priority. Views are beautiful and love that it has two masters with private baths and balcony access to both rooms. Very great communication as well!!

Loved the two king suites and balcony was pretty large. Only real downside was one (of the two that go to our floor) elevator wasn’t working and while we were loading the car the only other elevator to our floor got stuck for a bit. It was resolved shortly after. The view was great. Pool wasn’t too crowded and lots of beach room!

The condo was great. We love watercrest and loved the layout. The owner had beach equipment for us to use, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, appliances), movies, games, etc. Check-in was easy (we were even able to check in early.) The cleaners didn't do a very good job of cleaning the floors, but overall, it's a great condo and we had a great experience. We would highly recommend staying here!

This was our first time staying in this unit and it was wonderful. As a family of 7 we often have a difficult time finding a condo to fit our family. We loved that the bedrooms were all large and that one bedroom included a queen bed and bunk beds. The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable. As someone with back problems, I appreciated that the beds had mattress toppers and were supportive. The unit was extremely clean and well furnished. We look forward to next year!

Awesome location with wonderful views!!! Easy to get to the pool and beach from the 15th floor. Slept all 10 of us comfortably and the patio sat all 10 of us as well. The floor was dirty and you have to wear shoes in the condo but it is the beach. Really could use a new couch. We spent most of our time out doors. Would stay here again for sure!!!

The staff/guests at the resort given the “corona” situation were nothing short of awesome in the fact of social distancing. Everyone gave everybody space on the elevators. Hannah was easy to talk with and great to deal with. We would recommend using Emerald Beach Properties.

Then the tropical storm threatened the week we were scheduled to come. We went ahead and so glad we did. We had the best vacation. WaterCrest 1507 was the perfect condo for my family. It had everything we needed for the entire week. I will definitely consider booking again.

Karen in the rental office couldn't have been more helpful. The condo was perfect for us, wonderful views, 3 private bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very happy. The beach and gulf are so great compared to the beaches in Maryland. Clean white sand, very relaxed atmosphere, nice pool, wonderful balcony. We saw hundreds of devil-rays(which are harmless and so adorable to watch), dolphins, many seagulls, and manatees. How lucky were we, and the sunsets another blessing. Hated to come home. Loved having two king-sized oceanfront master suites; one for us grandparents and the other for our son and daughter-in-law! Our 3 granddaughters loved having twin-sized bunkbeds and a queen bed in their bedroom as well as their own bathroom. Ate a lot of family dinners on the spacious balcony while enjoying the panoramic view of the ocean and sunsets. Heated pool was enjoyed by all, as well as the hot tub. Spent many days at the beautiful beach. We highly recommend this condo.

Covered parking was a nice feature. Heated pool, beach, and hot tub were frequently visited by all. Nice, quiet location at East end of the beach was appreciated. Big, panoramic view of the beach and pelicans were amazing. You will not be disappointed. Karen is attentive and it is a pleasure to work with her..

Only issue was with the “red tide” and I know that that was out of the control of the rental company.

We spent a rainy afternoon at Wonderworks and a wonderful day at St. Andrew's Park. We ate at Pineapple Willie's and had the best lunch at Spinnakers.

Washer and dryer are a little small. Really needed three parking passes, but they allow only two. This is a big problem when you have people coming from three different cities or states. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who likes the quiet part of Panama City Beach.

We spent a rainy afternoon at Wonderworks and a wonderful day at St. Andrew's Park. We ate at Pineapple Willie's and had the best lunch at Spinnakers.

My family and I stayed at this condo and it was just wonderful. All the pictures that you see are true to being there. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable for all of us. There were 5 adults, a 12 yr. and an 18 mo. old. We hope to go back again next year with 1 more addition that is due in Feb. Thanks again Hugh & Sarah for sharing your condo with our family.......

Dear Sarah & Hugh, We absolutely loved your Condo at the Watercrest. It was a fantastic place to take our family - kids and grandkids. On the second day of our stay my grandson asked if we were coming back to the same condo next year. I hope we have the chance to. The beds were super comfy, the floor plan was great,and we just felt at home the entire week. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Hugh & Sarah We all had such a wonderful time during our stay in your condos. There were 11 of us total, and we never once felt crowded. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and three baths were a dream, especially with 5 kids. Everything was just as mentioned, but the pictures don't do it justice, everything about the place is absolutely goregous. The views are simply spectacular from both units. This is the nicest condo I have ever stayed in while in Florida. The pictures are exactly as what is in the condo. The furniture is not the normal Florida condo wicker things this is real heavy duty beautiful furniture. They have everything to make this stay fantastic. Hugh and Sarah are wonderful to work with. We even got to see the dolphins from the balcony.

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Beautiful it was just like the pictures. The owners are very nice and are willing to work with you to make your stay more pleasant. We have stayed in several condos in Panama City, but we all really liked this one. A great view from two bedrooms and living area. Our grandchildren loved this red couch. Thanks to the Millers for letting us stay in their home.
