The WaterCrest building has been completely renovated with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Park in your own private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. The Crew's Quarters third bedroom has a coastal cottage feel with a queen sized poster bed and bunk bed set for the kids. You'll love the whimsical decor and all the extra sleeping space. Bunk beds are for use only be persons weighing less than 100 pounds, thanks! This room has a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The large third bathroom is located across the hall from this bedroom and has a tub/shower combination with shower massage and a single vanity with hair dryer.

We spent Thanksgiving week here. There were 6 adults 3 kids and this condo was perfect! Beds are comfy.I like having a washer/ dryer . The managers communicated well and responded to me in quick time. The kitchen is great to prepare meals, we prepared several meals there. The deck and views are amazing. So cool to have the door open at night and hear the ocean in 2 of the bedrooms. Great beach access. Heated pool ,hot tub. I will definitely stay here again if we are having a large group

Two families had car seats for small children. Public parking was available but it was over two miles away. It would have been nice if an extra parking lot was within walking distance. Other than that, this place was the perfect vacation spot in PCB.

I love the fact that there are 3 full bathrooms in this condo! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens in the bathrooms. Air conditioner kept the unit very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Customer service is top notch with this group. Our family vacation was perfect at the Watercrest! The no check-in process of receiving access via a key code made for a seamless arrival.....awesome start. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo made it possible for our entire family to vacation together in comfort. And the ocean view was breath taking! Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to staying again!

Everything was good. I loved how comfortable the bed was. The bedroom, in which I slept in, was the one to the right if you were to walk into the condo. I love how big the back patio was. Of course I stepped out often to catch the waves and the sunsets. The pool was very big. I loved that too. The elevator was fast, I love that! The condo came with a blow dryer so I didn’t have to bring mine. I like the open kitchen. It even came with some board games! Overall, this place was a great stay! I enjoyed my time there.

You had everything we needed except a can opener. But that's OK, we just borrowed one from another family member. We enjoyed cooking in your kitchen just as though we were at home. The Egg & I and Shuchem's are a must! The Beach at St Andrew State Park has the calmest Beach called the Kiddie Pool. Check it out!

We had a great time. The condo was clean and in good condition. It had everything we needed (cookware, dish sets, big fridge, etc.). The balcony has a great view and is nice and wide. One comment for potential renters - the beds are very high. This is not a complaint at all, just an FYI. It was just a little difficult for some short elderly ones that were in our group. :-) We would definitely rent here again!

We didn't tell them much about the condo before we arrived. They loved the size of the balcony and the whole setup at Watercrest. They have plenty of carts to be able to take up your luggage and groceries which was great! Jessi with Emerald Beach Properties did a fantastic job in taking action on the various items that needed taken care. We would stay here again!

This was a very clean and well run place. The views were incredible and the condo was very nice. The staff was respectful and worked very hard at keeping everything in top order. This was my first experience in staying at The Watercrest and I must say that it was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends. We are also hoping to come back next year to vacation again if there is a condo available. I could not have asked for anything more.

We had an awesome time. We had 4 boys and 4 adults. We were there the week of July 4. The fireworks were awesome. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean in the morning and fireworks at night. Kids all swam in the great pool and snorkeed in the ocean. Found critters and sand dollars. Had plenty of room to cook and relax. Great time was had by all. Thanks. Kim

The beds sleep like a dream, sheets were actually very nice, the furniture was beautiful (real wood, not cheap), the kitchen had more than enough for us to cook our meals, large balcony area so we could all enjoy the awesome view, and the room was very clean. Checking in was easy, we just went straight to the room, after driving hours with the kids, this was great! Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to staying again!

Q: How much is parking- Rachel K. Posted: 01/21/2024A:Parking permits and property bands are purchased through Emerald Beach Properties at the time of booking. Watercrest 607 comes with two parking permits, one is a private covered reserved space. You may park in the reserved owner space (#12), or any other unreserved space in the lot. There is a limit of 2 permits per rental. No Trailer or Motor Home parking is available on property. Parking permits and property bands will be in a blue envelope on the kitchen counter when you arrive. If you break out parking separately it is $125.00 for 2 vehicles.
