Florida Stay
It was very good. Did have to drive 5 miles to get parking pass. Our friends were in their condo. Also wish it included beach chairs like theirs did.

The condo was just as seen in the pictures, the ocean view was beautiful. We have small kids, so we had to move the glass coffee and side tables in the living room, but it wasn’t a problem.
Walking distance to Pine Apple Willies via the beach or sidewalks.
Out of the three pools, two were heated, so if you go early in the season no one was in the larger pool with the waterfalls. We all swam in the two smaller pools.

Long Beach Is The Best!
The condo was nice. The master bedroom matress could use replacing but it wasn't the worst I have slept on! The master shower water pressure is AMAZING! No beach sand will make it past that! Overall the condo was nice and stocked well.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The beach in front of the resort was very clean and there was plenty of space to spread out. The place was exactly as described. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Location
The location is perfect and close to everything! Don’t really have any complaints but the furniture could be updated in the living room it’s pretty worn, and the front bedroom doesn’t seem to cool off very well!

Dated, Clean, but needs some Repairs
The balcony furniture / chair cushions need to be cleaned or replaced. Main bathroom ceiling is too low especially in the shower. The hot water in the bathroom/ shower didn’t last long, ironing board was broke, balcony door doesn’t lock, and front door step up is broke. Overall the property was clean.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved Long Beach Resort and this condo for our family vacation. Great location near the heart of PCB, but beach never felt crowded and was kept clean. The condo was very true to the photos - clean, well stocked, very comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family. First time staying in Long Beach Resort and really enjoyed it. Multiple pools to choose from, had a pool bar/restaurant at the main lagoon pool, easy parking, and never waited more than a minute or 2 for an elevator. Our favorite part was having meals on the nice big balcony overlooking the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful memories. We look forward to returning!!!

Wonderful Week in PCB

We spent a wonderful week here with our two daughters and three grandkids, and this condo provided comfort and plenty of room for all of us. This condo is located on the 10th floor, and the elevator was practically no wait. Which is unlike some other places we have stayed. The beds were comfortable, and the shower water pressure was great. The ac quit blowing cold one afternoon and they were very prompt on getting it fixed. The beach views were amazing. I would get down to the large lagoon pool every morning at 8:00 am when it opened to get a few chairs. After 11 am it gets pretty full. They snack bar opens at 11am and offers drinks and food items. I would wheel my cooler full of drinks and snacks, along with my JBL speaker, and enjoyed a relaxing day at the pool with my grandkids. You will thoroughly enjoy this condo and it's location. It provides everything you need for a home away from home.

Excellent family retreat

Well supplied with anything you might need. Unable to use the TV in bedroom with two beds. Prompt response from maintenance, who said there was no router (it apparently had been ordered, but not received). Perfect condo for the younger generation.

Prompt response from maintenance, who said there was no router (it apparently had been ordered, but not received). Only improvements would be updating bathrooms. Toilets not chair height, and no grab bars in shower/tub areas. We were a group of seniors. This was a safety issue for the elderly. Perfect condo for the younger generation.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. It had everything we needed for the week away from home. It was clean and we didn't have any issues. The pools were amazing and our kids enjoyed them. The property staff was very nice and welcoming. The kids enjoyed being all in one room and having their own space and view from their room. We had the amazing experience of dolphins and sting rays swimming by us one day as we swam in the ocean, we saw dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. The property us located in just the right spot, close to everything. All in all we give this unit 5 stars and look forward to staying in the future!

We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Everything is exactly how it is shown on the site and then some. Beautiful view of the ocean, quiet location and very clean. Location is within walking distance of most everything.
The beach is awesome with no crowds and also very well taken care of.

This place is amazing! Beautiful balcony view where we saw dolphins playing about everyday. Easy access to the beach and pools. Walking distance to some shops, bars and gas station. Walmart is only a few blocks away if you need or forgot anything. Parking lot was clean and gated with security. Also, check out Pineapple Willy's and Wicked Wheel Saloon (our 2 favor places to eat). Schooner's had the best seafood. The Gulf Aquarium is fun for all ages...the Dolphin show was Spectacular (watch their open hours). We crab hunted at night with the teenagers...found little crabs but the best part was when my daughter found a Huge Star fish!! This place is quiet with no rif raf. Beds were very comfortable and a good supply of towels were provided. Beach chairs are not included, which wasn't a big deal, we just ran to Walmart and grabbed 2 Bag Chairs for $14.00 total and a Styrofoam cooler for $6.00 (left them in the room for the next guests to use) We loved it and Highly recommend this place!

Great condo right at the hub of PCB. Within walking distance of Pineapple Willy’s on the beach. Spacious space with separate wings that include bedrooms & bathrooms! Couldn’t find easier access to the beach. Check out Jacob’s Juices across the street for made-to-order food, smoothies, and juices!

This was our first time in PCB. We loved the beach and the easy access to it. Access from the parking lot to the elevator and our condo was simple also. The condo itself was fantastic. We ate almost every meal on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, the ladies at emerald beach properties were very friendly and helpful. Our family had a great vacation and would recommend this to others.

Overall great stay. The cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. The sheets in spare room was not completely on bed. The utensil drawer has crumbs and etc. in the drawers. I would not have used any of the utensils. The condo smelled like pesticide upon entering. So we went and candles, air fresheners to help with that.

Great condo for families
This condo was well kept all appliances and furniture up to date. The shower was a huge plus we loved the tile shower in the master. The WiFi worked good and communication between the owners was great. We have stayed at Long Beach many many times it’s convenient to everything in town and the pools are great there. Would highly recommend this condo

Due to hurricane Sally, our air bnb in Fort Walton was cancelled last minute so we were scrambling last minute to find a place with a beach front view. This was perfect!! Easy access to the beach (within steps), the view was incredible, there are a handful of different pools to choose from, such a great place if you have kids! Would 10/10 recommend!

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort T-4 1004 everything was to a perfect tee The lagoon pool was absolutely beautiful the room was just the right size and decorated perfectly...The ocean view was spectacular so awesome to wake up and enjoy your coffee and the ocean view.... The views are stunning, the condo is very clean and updated, and the management is quick to respond to questions and concerns. The easy and quick access to the beach was superb. The location makes it easy to get in and out of PCB without all the traffic on the strip. The complex provides great security and were always friendly. We will miss our dinners on the balcony and views from bed. You can even hear the ocean waves at night.

Excellent vacation
Beautiful view of the Gulf. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, exercise room and the beach. Well equipped to eat in and several places nearby to enjoy a meal out. Prompt response from maintenance when minor issues arose with sink. Would highly recommend.

Girls Getaway
We had a great girls get away! The condo was perfect! We cooked our breakfasts and a dinner with the well stocked kitchen (there was a blender for margaritas too!). The rooms were very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and the beach access was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

After our current reservation had to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control Emerald Beach Properties came to us at 10:00 at night to bring us all our information and get us booked last minute. This condo is beautiful and has gorgeous views as well. We had everything we needed and more. Customer service is top notch with this group and we would definitely stay here again.
