The emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from "Beach Perfect" so pack the sunscreen and make sure to pay a visit! *Please note condos at Top Of The Gulf do not have private balconies but there are common area balconies throughout the resort.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
As soon as you step inside the front door of "Beach Perfect" Top Of The Gulf 625 your greeted by warm sunshine and gorgeous beach views. You can relax and kick back on the leather sofa or coordinated upholstered side chairs while watching the large flat screen TV. You'll feel right at home in the casual, coastal inspired great room. Enjoy your favorite DVD or HDTV channels on the man-sized TV or stretch out with a 'beach novel from our collection. Wireless internet is included in your unit at no additional charge. You'll be surfin' by the surf! Grab the binoculars and keep an eye out for fascinating marine life!
The coastal casual dining area offers seating for 2.
The ocean view kitchen is well equipped so you can cook anything from microwave popcorn to a gourmet meal. A Keurig machine is provided for use during your stay.
The queen sized murphy bed allows you to fall asleep and wake up to the gentle sounds of the ocean.
The bathroom has a combo tub and shower with updated counters and cabinetry with chic light fixtures.

It looked like the keypad lock had been recently replaced but there was no manual deadbolt, safety latch or chain. This didn’t create an issue but for security purposes it would have been nice.

I am so so happy that we stayed here. The condo itself is super cute and spacious, with everything we needed. The grounds were well kept, clean, and the pool/deck area was nicer than it looked in photos. Also i loved how there was security on the grounds, made us feel super safe. And the location was a much quieter area of beach than others. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The room is the last one in the hall. So we got a full view of the beach. Which was absolute gorgeous. The property was very clean and decorated for a perfect vacation. It was perfect for me and my boyfriend to stay. A lot of restaurants and bars to walk to, but otherwise close drive to those that weren’t. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave, but had to come back to snowy chicago. Would definitely stay here again:)

Overall a good stay. We arrived on a unseasonably cold day. After an exceptional cold snap. There was no comforter for the bed and the heat was not working properly. The staff took care of the issues. Great view. Nice decor. I would stay again.

Comfortable bed, nice kitchen, bathroom and a overall very clean place. My only problem is you will have no internet, nothing to watch on the TV and the only SD shows on cable. So don’t expect to bring any kids to please or watch any movies lol. That’s all. But it was sunny the whole time we were there so it didn’t matter!

This condo was incredibly clean and exactly as described. Nice location and comfy bed. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. They helped my parents get checked in quickly when they had questions. They enjoyed their time there and said it was perfect!
