A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday.
Cleanliness is always a main focus of our Company. Because of Covid-19, we are re-doubling our efforts to make sure that you remain as safe as possible while on vacation with us.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper & paper towels in your rental. Please bring enough paper towels, toilet paper and disinfecting wipes to last through your entire stay in case the local stores are out of stock.
We follow the CDC's guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to your arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces with CDC recommended products. We clean all hard surface floors with steam mops. We take special care to wipe down everything in bathrooms and kitchens. All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything and finish off with a Sanix fog treatment just to be sure nothing was missed. Sanix is a commercial grade germicide, that allows us to do this final disinfection without having to touch anything in the property. We also have ozone generators that are used for additional disinfection when properties are vacant for more than 24 hours or if there are additional concerns that need to be addressed.

Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

BALCONY CLOSED NOTICE: Interior construction is complete for this condo and it is available for rental however, due to ongoing construction on the outside of the condo, the balcony/patio must not be used by guests as long as there are scaffolding and/or swing stages present above or below the condo. The exterior construction is expected to be complete by April 15, 2023 weather permitting.
