Emerald Beach was very friendly and quick responding to an issue when we first arrived. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend staying here. Property is an older condo but was very nice and well kept. Would recommend the owner replace pots and pans as they are very used, but other than that the condo was great, awesome views, and very comfortable to stay in.

They were always more than happy to answer all of my questions with a super quick response time, helped accommodate my family and i with all of our needs! This was our first time in Florida and i would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends single or with children! Will definitely be booking again!

Millwood’s
Great location on the beach! Floors were dirty when we got to condo but there was a broom/mop in room so it didn’t take long to get it cleaned. Pretty little condo and plenty for my husband and I and our two teenage boys. Convenient laundry room down stairs.

This place was excellent. From the checking in. Yes there’s construction but honestly no problem parking and at the end of it all they brought up a luggage carrier and put it beside my door. I’ve never had a condo do that before that is a wonderful treat for somebody. I will be back. Thank you so much for my healing experience.

Perfect For A Pair
PROS: LOCATION! CLEAN, cozy and CUTE unit. Grabbing prime beach spot is easy. Get up a bit earlier, stake your claim and go back until beach time. PERFECT for a COUPLE or family w/ 1 or 2 SMALL KIDS, no more. Balcony is quaint but at most times extremely peaceful for morning coffee, or chilling day/night just staring at peaceful beautiful waters. Even rain relaxing to watch while on balcony Modern appliances. Private, fast wifi! . Smart TV/cable. Laundry facility is affordable. We felt safe at all times on the building grounds and beach. Night-time walks are great. Just use common sense. Grocery within walking distance along with other needs. CONS: DO NOT BOOK if you have even a slightly BAD BACK or neck etc. Extremely uncomfortable noisy bed. Way too soft. Sofa is good to sit or nap, not for sleep. Pull out mattress was AWFUL. Elevator issues daily but fixed within a few hours. Building manager incompetent and nowhere to be found. Due to ongoing construction, the parking lot was reduced so it was snug and workers began at 6:45am. Though we were made aware of the construction 1 year in advance and it didn't interfere with beach time or anything after 5pm. Recommendations: BUY chairs and a STURDY umbrella ahead of time or rental 2 chairs + large umbrella for $40/day + tip. Bring a safety bar for balcony sliding door if you have small kids that are adventurous. You'll enjoy the stay if you plan accordingly.

We loved our stay at Sunbird. The view was amazing, the sand was beautiful and the beach was uncrowded near the resort. It was clean and well-decorated.
As listed, there are not a lot of amenities provided, which is fine just good to know.

Perfect location and great unit! It is a small condo… perfect for two people and maybe two small children. This has bare minimum supplies so be prepared to bring foil, coffee filters, etc. The fridge did have water and ice machine which is a huge plus. We will return!

Affordable
Our beach was much cleaner from seaweed than a farther away beach that family stayed at. Room was perfect for what we needed and close to fun stuff to do.

Other than the floors needing a good mopping, our room was clean. Elevators did not have AC. Good location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Overall the stay was Great. Would definitely stay there again.

Exactly Like the Pictures!

This condo was exactly like the pictures and it was really pretty.  I was really happy that the parking lot was very accessible to my room and not complicated to get to and so was the beach.  Everything was clean and organized and well put together, and the response time for my inquiries were fast! Overall we had a great time!
